This is the main page for the clustering documentation section. i truly hope that you find the information here usefull in your design and implementation of a cluster. First I would like to acknowledge the people who have posted their own photos and documentation in the areas of passwordless ssh logins, MPI, programming, and C shell programming techniques. Most of the information on this site relies heavily on their work and they deserve credit for it.

Also i would like to include a few pdf documents that i use for presentation and instruction. you may get the best results by right clicking on the links and downloading the documents for review.

• MAC class handout, this is a handout that i give to NPS students in my MAC class. It covers the basic use of the OS X operating system.
• MPI design presentation. This presentation covers the basic theories and design of MPI parallel programming and implementation.
• UNIX tutorial and Unix Advanced Tutorial. Theses are tutorials to introduce students to the unix aspects of the OS X operating system
